Hi
I am just about to do an article that I want to release. I have never tried it before. So has anyone had any good response from the millions of websites out there that "say" they publish you PR / Article.
I'm looking for a .co.uk one.
I would search old postings but the search widget is not working on my computer
Cheers Jake

Are you looking for a site that publishes everything they get online as a means for increasing SEO etc, or do you want a site that actually distributes your release to journalists who may be potentially interested in picking up your story for their newspapers/magazines?

Why don't you publish the article your own website? If it's unique, informative and intersting then google will soon find it and rank it highly.
You can of course syndicate it to the article websites but I get more direct traffic to articles on my site than to anything I've submitted to article sites.

I used to run a press release distribution site until I sold it on last year
As a word of advice, don't bother with the free services or if you put the press release on a site with free or paid options then go for the paid option. The returns from a press release on the right site can be considerable and you get what you pay for so if you pay zero... well, you get zero or near to zero in return
For a co.uk domain try http://www.journalism.co.uk/68/
