Stuart.... be nicer to Dave ! ':)'

Take a look at websites such as :

http://www.hmrc.gov.uk or

http://www.businesslink.gov.uk

They both have info on the subject that might help you.

Hi Dave, an unfortunate response to your first post but not everyone here is as unfriendly as him.

There are a number of websites that you may find useful and I would suggest that you start with Business Link - Admin and record keeping pages here (http://www.businesslink.gov.uk/bdotg/action/layer?r.l3=1074001737&r.l2=1073859227&r.t=RESOURCES&r.i=1073792135&r.l1=1073858808&r.s=m&topicId=1073859227) as that will give you a bit of a starting off point.

Err... scuse me???

I am at college learning about stuff but would like you to do the work for me so I can cut and paste it.

I can't be bothered to check out websites for myself so I thought I'd see if you could write my essay for me (or at least the salient points).

I presume then that this college that costs us all an arm and a leg doesn't have tutors, computers or a library?

OK,

best bit of advice I can give you is grab a couple of comapnies aco****s from companies house, will cost you a couple of quid, but you will then have a kick ass base for your work.

Otherwise google profit & loss and sift.
