Hi all let me introduce myself...

I am Chris from D&S Kitchens not only do i supply high quality kitchens to trade and public but i also offer bathrooms and bedrooms at factory prices! All hand made i am based in Gateshead i started out in 2007 and went from stregnth to stregnth i now have a annual turnover of £2 million and its a recession! I am hoping to expand throughout the UK at the moment i only do trade around the UK and Public in the NorthEast!

Most businesses are quiet but i have 4 Telesales rooms working 8 hours per day 7 days a week so it can never be quiet here :) Hope you all pick up soon!

40% Refferals and 60% Telesales and i have about 50 telesales staff in 4 locations :)

Out of interest, what payment structure works well for your telesales? There are always discussions on here about telesales and telemarketing etc. Do you pay flat rate + bonus or commission only for example?

I pay each room manager £350 Per week + Bonus
Assistant room manager £250 per week + Bonus
Each advisor £6.50 p/h then 7.50 after 5 leads and then £25 per lead after the 5 earned.
