Hello Everyone,
Like everyone who posts here, I am new to the forum and look forward to tips and hints to grow my concept of commutecompanion an interactive platform for UK Commuters, while avoiding the companieshouse penalties for late filing etc. I am an Environmental Scientist when I am doing 9-5am every weekday, and in the evenings and weekends I try to do one or two things on a site I have developed to promote networking between commuters in the UK. I strongly believe that commuters are key to strong community ties, and that if commuters get to network at the local level they would be able to explore the opportunities and choices available for alternative commuting options through the people they will meet e.g. carpooling or drive to the station etc.
I am not going to be pitching my concept here but was after some open ideas about publicity, SEO and promotion. I will search the forum for relevant topics now while I am still on paternity leave and hope that I will be able to find one to two relevant hints that will be useful to me in the long term.
