I am looking for a good Flash developer for my business, preferably based in the SouthWest but that location is not essential
I have excellent html / java etc programmers. but their specialist skills are in making the site work fantastic, not to look good and as exciting as I wish
If you have experience in media streaming, online video etc that would be a great advantage
The job can be part time and maybe something that an established Flash developer and designer could do in their evenings and weekends to earn some extra income, working on briefs from me and taking them to the completed online display
This will develop into a full time position for the right person
