hi, My accountant submitted my ltd company annual accounts to company house and they are approved. when access company annual accounts information via web check from companies house.. the p/l account and directors report does not show any thing..just blank pages.. All i can see is heading with abbreviated accounts for abc company ...balance sheet ...can any one please tell what is the reason?

Filing abbreviated accounts is standard practice. Abbreviated accounts contain just the balance sheet and a few accompnying notes. Most businesses don't want their detailed P&L information in the public domain a it's then available for competitors etc to view.

Full accounts will need to be filed with HMRC, but won't be available on public record
