I must admit i found the above book really useful. Publsihed in 2005 as well so its up to date

Haven't read it but I would not recommend reliance upon it since employment law, especially discrimination law is complex and a textbook would not cover all the technical points.

I'm surprised it's still up to date. Employment Law changes with the wind and in the last 6 months there have been lots of changes. Particularly with discrimination, disability and the rights of temporary workers.

Well it s as up to date as this year is concerned, but jn a few days we will be 2006 and then yes as u say it will be out of date
