Hello all, been a while since my last post but thought I would air some issues on here we have had of late.
Our business has recently moved premises and now use a leased fibre line from BT. Now I wont go into the long-winded details of the troubles we have had with BT (nothing to do with the service, but the story is incredibly long and complex - happy to discuss further if people so wish), but have experienced some rather alarming situations with this ISP so far.
The account manager we have been dealing with is incredibly rude. Now just saying this doesnt give it nearly the gravity it deserves; I truely wish I had recordings of some of the phone calls and meetings we have had with this individual. Outrageous to say the least.
Has anyone else had any serious issues with BT? I'm talking more about high-end business relationships as opposed to simple home/office broadband/phone. Considering the money spent with them, I am shocked at their attitude when dealing with us in an attempt to iron out some issues we have had with them.
It would be interesting to hear back from anyone who has had any similar problems.
