year end date on dividend vouchers

hi, i have ltd company with 100% share holding and i am sole director.
My ARD is 12/12/2009 on companies house website.
Accounts are prepared and submitted to companies house untill 16/12/2009.
i took dividends in oct/09, nov/09..

so My question is while filling the dividend vouchers, what date should i enter as year end date i.e either 12/12/09 or 16/12/2009

please advise me,
