Just a quick topic:

I had a customer that was coming upto 90 days overdue and i had tried to collect the money.

I Contacted nicthechick and she was a great help, the customer has now paid the balance and the payment came when nic said it would. I would recommend nic to any person that is having problems with customers not paying with in the terms of business.

Nic, I have a really annoying customer who owes me £50 for a commission she ordered months ago. The paintings been sitting in my studio for ages now and I'm out of pocket. I've called, e-mailed and sent a letter and I just keep getting excuses back. Last week she e-mailed to say she had posted a cheque, i told her I hadn't received it and then I got an e-mail saying sorry, she'd send another one and was doubling the amount for mucking me around. Sure enough no money has come through my door. What should I do now?

Pass it to me if you like. Heart Solutions got paid within 3 days of instructing me. Don't worry, I don't threaten to knee cap on the 1st phone call, I ony threaten that when they don't keep their promises to me!

You should have tackled this before Christmas really because you know already what her next excuse is don't you?
