Hi all,

My name is Daniel Mullin and I would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas & Happy New Year.

I would also like to thank QF for an excellent service, again.
Crus Ltd was the second company I have set up using the service and am now thoroughly converted.

I have a number of products/services/websites that will be brought to market through Crus Ltd and my associated companies. I look forward to helping those in the forum as well as offering my wares to them.

In the meantime I am continuing to design and develop for clients via http://www.nuguru.com , so please feel free to contact me if you require any design, hosting, marketing and SEO work.

Hi Tom,

guess you mean the nuguru one?

Its still getting spat on and polished, been about 5 years since I have done dev for other clients, but 6 months ago I had look at this again to keep cash flow good, gonna get nuguru 100% slick in the coming weeks as part of my strategic plan. Im much more of a greese monkey than a panel beater, if you catch my drift, but always looking for good graphics people to work with.

The monkeys site is slick.

Do you own many domains?

I mean't crus, ignore my humour, everyone just gets offended by it!

I'm a programmer, not a designer. Prefer the challenge over the looks. Added to which, I can't draw a straight line. I have 2 wonderful graphic/web designers, so could always be able to help out.

Don't really own many domain names. I prefer working on other people's projects rather than my own. I only have 1 that I want to work on at the moment, but it's all a matter of time.

lol yeah the crus site (holding page) as domain transfered across is a little pulp fiction throwback territory.

I thikn you have probably got the concept, which is that Crus is my vineyard for grapes that when ripe are converted to wine and offered out to market and investment. Hopefully a few vintage ones in there if I have my way.

PHP, ASP, JSP, CF?

PHP, MySQL, moderate JSP. I'd like to know DHTML more, but I enjoy consultation/marketing too much, so will have someone replace me as the programmer next year (hopefully). I'm trying to focus more on design at the moment anywho, so it works out nicely.

Makes sense,

I am in the process of shifting to table free design using CSS but it takes a little while to get your head around it if your an old schooler. But have seen the benefits.

Quid pro quo on the work front, if you feel like passing anything other then feel free to ask.

Have special expertise in mobile and xml (wrote a xml/schema combo for weather data for a company which is used by the supermarkets I believe)

Absolutely, I look at it now and think it's easy, but so is anything if you understand it. It just takes a while to get used to, but the benefits are really worth while. I'd also say I'm pretty qualified in CSS/XHTML if you need any help with that.

And enjoy your stay!

Hi Jayne,

gonna take a ook around your site now.

I will be bringing small website based companies to market for investment over the coming months, have you had many such offerings pass through your site?
