Its alf garnet again!

Has anyone read the papers today and seen the plans to have cameras monitoring every car and such vehicle in the UK?
The police say its to ctach criminals. But honestly, i think they are for the works. Tax evaders will be done, fair enough
but also insurance companies wll use the data to see exactly where you drive ur car, etc.

I think there must be something more sinister behind these plans. And yet more evidence we are moving towards a police state.

what do you guys think?
