Keep getting blocked for trademarked term in the ad, despite other competitors having the same keyword loud and proud on the first line.
Any reason I'm getting shot down and others aren't? If I complain to google, where? Will they actually listen?
Cheers.

Are you getting blocked when you write the ad and then submit it? i.e. it won't accept the ad because of the trademarked term?
If so, there's a box where you can ask for an exception. (and give a reason why)
The ad will then be "accepted" - i.e. sit there waiting for approval. Occasionally, they'll then approve it. Usually, they won't and it'll sit there inactive forever.
Hope this helps,
Steve

Comes up as 'pending review', then 'disapproved' because of trademarked term.

It may be that the allowed ads have the permission of the brand name company ie., they are affiliates or have reciprocal arrangements.
Gooogle will post ads where permission is received from a brand name.

That was my thought, and for some it may be true, but for others I very much doubt it.
