Best free PR sites?

Hi guys,

I'm about to write a press release for one of my sites and was wondering about the best places to get it sent out. I've written a number of articles previously but this is my first press release so any tips would be great.

We are increasing our range in the new year and the release will be all about that. I'm hoping to get some back links from it at least but not sure what else to expect.

I like to use www.mediauk.com (http://www.mediauk.com). It has a comprehensive lists of all forms of media in the UK (Upon reflection, state the obvious!!!). Put in the work yourself and I'm sure you will benefit more from it.
