Just remembered the other question I was going to ask

I have some stuff left that did not sell to well and I was thinking of putting some goods on sale, like heart rate monitor watches. Now I do not want to get returns on them can I stipulate that there is no returns on these item.

Or do the buyers always have the right to return if not personalized

Buyers always have the right to return them under DSR, but also there will need to be a manufacturers warrenty with the item as it has to last a certain amount of time and be fit for purpose.

What brand of watches are they?

Mostly Polar and Casio that should sell for around £200 to £250.

At full price if people want to return them because they do not like the look of them, that is fine, but if I am going to discount them then I ca not afford to get them back

If selling to the public the only way to allow you to not accept returns is to sell them at auction, a true auction with no reserve, but you obviously run the risk of not getting the price you wish to achieve.
