Hi there
Please could someone offer me advice on the following as I am new to this!

AA02 Dormant Company Accounts, Section 3 Accounts

There are no transactions, 100 Ordinary shares issued to 1 Director with a value of £1 each, total value £100. There is approx £250 in the bank account so I have put this as:
Called up share capital not paid £100
Cash at bank and in hand £150
Net Assets £250
Is this correct?
I am unsure what to put in the boxes for issued share capital but am guessing
100 (Ordinary shares) of £1 each (shareholders fund) with the total figure being £100? Is this correct?

AR01 Annual Return

Is the service address the same as the registered office?
Part 3, Statement of Capital, F1 (we have 100 Ordinary shares) - what should I put for Amount paid up on each share? and Amount (if any) unpaid on each share capital?

Thanks for your help in advance!!!
Sue

If there is £250 in the bank account then this should be the case:

Cash at bank and in hand £250
Creditors £150
Net Assets £100

Capital and Reserves £100

I assume the £250 is from funds introduced (loan from director ?) and is not from trading? Also assume that the part of the £250 was used to pay for the shares, so that answers you share capital question.

Service address read here:
