As a lawyer providing legal advice to the SME market this is a particularly important question for me. It appears that the face of the legal services market is changing, and SMEs now have a greater choice from where they get their legal advice. That choice will broaden in the next couple of years with the advent of "Tesco law". Is price the most important consideration, or is the trusted lawyer still required?
