Would someone be able to clarify something for me please, concerning Outlook 2007.

Gemma sends an outlook calendar invitation to Akbar, Brian and Cindy. A few weeks later, Dhipal joins the team, and Brian forwards the calendar invitation to Dhipal. A couple of weeks later, Gemma changes the time of the meeting, and updates the entry in her calendar (which sends the update to Akbar, Brian and Cindy). Question - does Dhipal get notified of this automatically, or does Brian need to manually notify Dhipal?

If Dhipal didn't get notified of the change to the time, is it Brian's fault?

Thanks in anticipation

The question you ask is good and the answer is that only the members that received the original entry are updated, the recipients from the request can ask for a different time and the originator would then agree or not. If someone forwards the entry onto another user then it will not be updated as it is not in the string.

So your answer is yes its Brians fault for forwarding it, the one that sent out the request should of updated the entry with the new employee's address.

Hope this helps.
