Hi All,

I just want to thank Mark as i have recently used his personalized rose service. There was a slight hiccup with the 1st rose as Royal Mail delivered it late and damaged it!

However Mark kindly is sending out a new rose today via courier free of charge, this is how situations in businesses should be dealt with: fast & efficient.

I thank Mark for his high standards of service and look forward to using him time and time again.
