Hi,
I am looking for a list of serious accountants or a serious company formation agen based in London that can provide me a new London (prestiguous) registered address for less than £100 for my already corporated Ltd company asap.
As I have not start trading I would to know if I need to be VAT registered since my 100% e-commerce project is mainly about jobboard and training in the UK and overseas.
Presently, i use the company registration agent smart b2b services ltd, but they just don't provide the services I've paid for and have taken a non justified amount from my account (£322.00). Since this money has been cleared from my account, I've asked them without success a refund. Despite of this, the only thing the only thing they have done until today is my company incorporation with an address in Wales and a delay of three (their "same day incorporation" was false...). I urgently need a prestiguous London for my online sales project.
Presenlty, I have a similar issue with Smart B2B services ltd regarding my VAT registration (therically included in my package)...and at the result I have more than two months of delay in project (marketing campaign that normally should start from tomorrow).
