Hi,

Just wanted to say hello. I learned of this excellent resource through Carl at WelshPixels.com as he has a link to it in his Blog.

It is a great site and I will do what I can to contribute.

My business is not really exciting, just plain ole IT Support. We currently serve Cardiff and surrounding areas offering a full range of general IT services.

I have been in business about 10 years although Cardiff IT Support Ltd has only been running since Sept 04. Things are going well.

I am striving for 100% customer satisfaction, via a highly structured and systemized operation. I have a vision of growing to become a significant, if not the biggest / most well known private IT business in South Wales over the next 5-7 years.

Thanks for reading.. theres some more at www.cardiffitsupport.com

Comments and constructive criticism always welcome.

Thanks to everyone for contributing to this fabulous resource!

Greetings, squire. Welcome aboard, jump on the band wagon and ask for any help.

I work in web design, so always on hand for some online assistance.

Nice to see you on board. I only found this forum a couple of weeks ago but it has been very helpful already.

My business is not really exciting

Noswaith dda. Shw mae?

The most stable and profitable ventures usually take something rather ordinary and make it extraordinary through exceptional and predictable service. It sounds like you have already chosen that "road less travelled".
