current page is not ranked by Google

Hi Guys

On The pagerank bar which we really should take no notice off apparently :rolleyes:, im noticing many sites with not ranked by By google, if it were a new site i would understand (But even then i tought it would have had a page rank of 0) but some of these sites are a few years old.

By the way most have tons of links on them, would this be the reason why, has Google down ranked them

This has actually been ranked (not highly but definately ranked)
You website page isnt ranked when bar is solid grey.
When you hover the cursor above it you will read a message saying "google does not ranked current page"

Check for duplicate content. Links in to the website.
Also use site:website to see a list of pages ranked. Then linternally link from the top two to the page not ranked.

Hi Not sure if i made it clear what i am asking

Its not my site, but some of the links my site is linking from, now have a page not ranked

I have put 2 examples below

http://www.1naturalhealthcare.com/other-resources/business.htm

http://www.winchestercitymarket.com/resources/business.htm

These are links that a Seo company did for me as part of their link building campaign and i personlay am not happy with it

1st the relavancy and 2nd they are just on spammed link site,

and over 50% of all the links to my site are No page rank for this site. (Does this actually mean anything)

When i first instructed this company to do work, i was like many of the people that come here and no very little in regard to Seo, im still no expert but from what i see i have not got value for money and want it put right,

But before i go acussing people of wrong doings i want to get my facts right .

So my question is has Google devalued the pages with page not ranked because of the amount of spammed links.
