Solutiioneyes is an upcoming BPO-ITeS service provider having very strong financial and professional background. We are in an emerging phase, due to which we are aligning ourselves with like minded companies/people to achieve our set targets.

• We are looking at solid outbound/inbound or blended voice based processes. Team is ready – 150 dialing experienced agents, ramping up not a problem at all

• A strong inbound/ help desk process would be icing on the cake.

• Also we are in the lookout for a strong Back Office Process – like document conversion, digitization, data entry, forms and claims processing, financial outsourcing etc – 110 members ready – plug and play situation.

Key areas where we are focusing are –

1. Mortgage Campaign, Refinance and Lead Generation.

2. Debt Collections

3. Banking – Voice and Non-Voice

4. Finance BPO

5. Technical/Customer support (Inbound)

6. Insurance and healthcare

7. HRO (HR outsourcing)

8. Telecom Processes

Kindly let me know if you can align yourself with a small reply. I would like to have your views and inputs on it so that we can take it up with our respective management teams.

Whoosh!!!!!!

THat was the sound of the entire post going over my head.
But as far as the website goes, here are my initial thoughts...
Not sure what the wee blue thing moving around the screen is (is it a logo? A mechanical blue mouse?? A stylized boat???) but it is very distracting.
I like the fact that you can rollover an option and get a synposis, and then click for the full page.
Again though, a bit too much movement on the pages. And why aren't they consistent with the homepage in terms of layout, graphics, and basic colour scheme?
The navigation bar at the top and the middle is a bit confusing. Why not just one? I'd opt for the middle grey one and ditch the red altogether.
Overall naviagtion seems easy, and I find the info easy to read and well laid out. You portray a very professional image.
Again, I stress, I have no experience or knowledge of your area of work, and this feedback is purely from a 'joe bloggs visitor' perspective. :)

Just out of interest, why did you only allow us to vote either Good or Excellent?

Both are positive votes for your site, so if you are asking for an honest opinion then it is a bit slanted :)

What will you learn by asking us to vote in this way?
