Hello,

I am looking for someone who can give advice about Ltd. company accounts.
In particular, about the most appropriate (and legal) procedures of payment i.e. dividends, director salaries, expenses, etc.
Can anyone recommend someone who can give advice regarding the above? (bearing in mind that this is a new venture and funds are limited at present).

Thank you.

Don't you have an account? Being a Ltd company you will need to have proper accounts submitted and if you are not qualified you will need to find someone who is or at least have an understanding of submitting accounts.

Kind regards.

I would suggest having a look at the sticky on how to select an accountant.
