Seems that you are mostly not working but rather talking about SEO on forums... this is what I call work.:D

And a simple questions how hard is it to get to page one for the following: 1. Chocolate Gift Basket, 70% chocolate bars and etc.

Can you rate how hard it is by a rating from 1 - 10. If 1 is such as getting on first page for "granny manny banny canny" and 10 is to be first on google when you type "google"

correct

every time they post on here, there site is being "linked"/ "promoted" by a high ranking site whihc bumps up their site in the eyes of googel .... so i think

those keywords shoul be fairly easy to get top 5

It would be ironic if everyone was too busy working ;)

I would have given you all the stats for those terms and some advice but I am just too busy talking on here to do it.
Try asking nicely and you may get an actual response from someone. :)

Astute observation - many people are too busy running and building their business to post around on forums. UKBF is the only forum I post on at present, in tea break time. Too much work to hang around for too long, though. :)

It's a very conditional "yes, not so hard" - so long as the site is well-SEO'ed in the first place, and already established on Google. The higher the traffic for a generic keyword, the harder it is to rank a new domain.

Is it milk, dark or white?
