Hi,

I own a small call centre in delhi, we currently use a Voip provider but just lately the service has become more and more unrelaible so i am possibly looking to change.

This is the setup we currently have.

6 agents all using eye beam softphone, 2 2mb lines with constant 450 upload speeds. all calls are to the uk landlines only with calls being hotkey transferred.

our current provider charges me 1p per minute with per second billing, portal to see call logs etc and i pay upfront as and when needed which currently is running at around £200 per month.

Does anyone want to pm me to see if i can switch to a rock solid service with no down times and crystal clear lines?

Always assuming that if you're not using us already then you should be :-)

I'd be a bit worried about your local set-up though - if you're using PCs that also access the internet to make the calls, you're pretty much guaranteed to have a poor experience trying to run 6 softphones too (and even if you're not, it will still struggle).

But we can help with all that - 020 7043 5555

we have 2 2mbs lines with 3 pc's on each line, surely this should be ok? or are you saying we need a seperate per pc?.

i been in other centres where they have more than this are they operate nicely.
Oh,and because its based in india we dont pay vat!!

Ah, 2x2mb - I read that as 22mb - that could be ok - particularly if you used the GSM codec. I would much prefer all phones on one DSL and all internet on the other tho'.

We have several Indian based call centres, their quality pretty much depends on their broadband provider - some a very good and some are very poor - but I guess you know that.
