Business Seller Information on Ebay

Hi

In true ebay style, support is terrible so I wondering if anyone could help please....

I would like to show our business info on our ebay listings. Our address etc at the bottom on the listing that business sellers can show.

Anyone know how to turn it on? I can not find it anywhere.

My eBay > My Account > Site Preferences.

Go to Business seller preferences and click on "Show"

Then edit the "Show Business Seller Information on view Item" setting.

Well hidden isn't it. :)

Is that somewhere on the listing creation page or on the actual page that everyone sees?

You need to go to "My eBay" not the listing page.

From there you'll see three tabs "Activity Messages Account". Hover you mouse over the Account tab and you'll see on the drop down menu "site Preferences" (that's the one you want). about 2/3rds down that page it says "http://pics.ebaystatic.com/aw/pics/s.gifBusiness seller preferences", click on the "Show" on the right hand side, and it will reveal a setting for "Show Business Seller Information on view Item", click on the edit link for it at the right had side of it.... Bingo :)

Yes it is very well buried, as are most bits of eBay, thank heavens I've stopped listing on there. Getting fed up of it.
