I am new to the forum and not a big talker so i dont relpy to other posts so my post count will always be low..
I am on the hunt for a good call centre..
In the past I have had a few problems with call centres... with the lieing to customers and customers generated that when we call they are just not interested in the product were talking about...
Thing is the process is very simple and is not hard to generate.
If you’re already dialling on a product... can be anything... Just need 1 additional question "would you be interested in a quote for life insurance?" and I will pay for this as DATA which will be passed to my advisors to call and try and sell... All I need them to do is when we say to them "you were having a chat with one of my call centre members and they have ticked a box saying you were interested in getting a quote for life insurance" they just need to say "Yes" and that’s fine you get paid on that line!
The same can be done for a few more of our products... If you’re dialling businesses we deal in Directors Insurance, Key Mans insurance, Fleet Insurance, Public Liability and Employer Liability also trade specific...
If your dialling consumer then up sells are Life Insurance, Income Protection, Home Contents, and Private Medical Insurance etc...
If you want to do it as a standalone campaign... we can also accomdate that too but would require the customer to be hotkey transfered to one of our advisors as you demand more money per interested lead on a standalone. We also demand more criteria to be put in place but it should be a profitable exercise from both parts...
I am quite happy to meet anyone, anywhere including overseas if they can provide a decent volume of business for me and my company and if you’re in the UK no matter what volume you can deliver I will still come and meet you.
At the moment I have 3 advisors and in the next 2 months I should have 5-7 as I am in the process of recruitment...
I won’t pay on a per hour basis... ONLY on a Performance related pay. BUT IT’S NOT PER SALE it’s PER INTERESTED and IN CRITERIA LEAD.
Leads can be nationwide or local depending on what you’re currently dialling.. Data is not included but i can show you where to get free data
As always price is very negotiable... I know what I need to make a profit and I am sure you do too.
I have plenty of references of people who I deal with now and who I no longer deal with and hope i can be a trusted buyer.
