Something to do with making your pixels smaller.

Hi Elite
I have a program called Pix Resizer and I can call up any picture and save it at a required size. For example if you have a logo and save it, it could be 250 pixels(length) by 175 pixels(highth). For most forums this is too big and they only allow smaller logo's (in here it's 80 pixels by 80 pixels) so you need to condense it. When you have the right size you then need to go to your control panel in this forum and upload an avataryour logo). You can choose one that the forum has or upload one from one of your folders. For example if you have saved your logo in My Pictures folder you can call it from there. When you have chosen which avatar to use click on save and the forum then shows your logo.
All done.
Cheers
Chris :D

Or, if you have the same on your own space, it can be larger. Just make it around 4kb so it doesn't take the poor dial-up users forever to load

But where do they go when you download them..Eagle posted some links, I downloaded them and lost them somewhere, now I cannot open this one from Chris.
I'll end up with a computer full of stuff, that I cannot use or find.

Hi Jayne
If you cannot find it click on the Start button and then Search, type in Pix Resizer and see if the computer can find where you have saved it. mine came up as a desktop icon.

Also try this.
Click on My Computer, then C: drive, then Program Files folder, and you should see an icon called Pix Resizer.
That's where mine is stored.
Cheers

Anyone on here kind enough to do it for me? I have a MAC so the software probably wont work. The online programme can only accept images under 500k. Mine is 688k
Much appreciated :D
