as a word of advice,
over the last week, because i have quite a few domains registered i have a large number of phishing emails (the ones that pretend to be from a bank requesting your log in details)
i know i am getting more than most because each of my domains is receiving seperate emails but it is something to watch out for
they have been from all of the major high street banks so be on the look out
i know that to a high number of us on the forum it is easy to spot these for what they are but it makes me so angry that the less internet savvy can quite easily be sucked in by this as they do look official!! :x
be careful

Only two in a week? I'm lucky to get less than 2 an hour. I'll share mine with you Jayne : )
I have seen a massive (100%+) increase in the past week or 2 too.

I havent had any as at the moment I am not getting any spam - the one domain I had which did I wasnt using for anything so removed the mx record.
I did notice however that Natwest have put a warning on their internet banking log in page about the a particular spait of people claiming to be them.

I got one from Barclays last week. First one I've ever received. I felt so loved that a bank I wasn't a member of wanted my details, so I gladly entered them and signed-up.
Er, no.

i got a Barclays one too. Was quite wierd considering i dont, and never have, banked with them!
they have a list of the different versions on their websites, and i suspect other banks will follow suit.

I can redirect the catch-all email address from some of my more popular domains names to any of you that are feeling neglected.
No need to thank me, call it an early xmas gift.

I get loads of these bloody e-mails everday and so I reply to them with the uttmost foul language you could imagine, but alas they always bounce back to me saying undeliverable so I guess these would-be terrorists will never know how I feel. :D
