Hi,

Was emailed this today, would you say it was a scam to get details or the real thing? ............................

Sorry to contact you out of the blue. I hope you don't mind. I'm a producer working on a new transformative documentary for channel four. We are looking for companies who rely on good customer service who may be struggling with their business and who would welcome expert help from one of the countries top business guru's. OOh sounds like another new business show, look forward to that.

I don't think it is a scam, the website checks out.

TV companies have to get their mugs, I mean suckers, I mean victims, I mean subjects from somewhere.

But there's nothing on the website. The registrant's address is also different from the company address, but they might have moved or it might be the owner's home.

Can't really say until you phone them up

I've just emailed them back and asked them to join the forum :D

We can ask them about the new show then, if they join.

invite them to the forum and then we can all "gang up" them if things dont add up :D

i think i should start doing this with all the people who keep sending me emails about various things that dont make sense!!
