I was a little surprised to see that there has been no discussion of the PBR on this forum, despite businesses being robbed by the Chancellor once again in removing the zero tax band for the first £10k of business profit. Doubtless there will be other stealth taxes, or indeed some that have been announced in the past and have yet to bite.
