Office conversion data - where can i get it?

I have been told that i can get data on companies within our area that are relocating, having new offices or having office extensions. apparently this information is sourced from places like architects, planing offices, tender sites and so on.

Is there anyone here on the UKBF that has purchased this kind of info (perhaps for their niche) or can recommend a good source.
