I've just made my site free, and would like to get all kinds of feedback on it. I already know what could do with some improving, but please still state everything that comes to mind!

Any cunning business ideas regarding my site are also welcome :D

Hi Marius,
I don't get it. Is it a business or a hobby?

Cheers, Nigel

I understand it's a bit confusing now, but I intend it to be a business. If the concept proves popular (I've had good feedback) then I'll try to turn it into a networking site. In my subjective opinion a site like this should get a lot more attention than a 'normal' networking site, and hopefully be able to make a bit of a name for itself.

Cool a fun site, I've put my face up!!

Are you planning on making any money from this in any way? I dont really see it as a business.

Hi,

If it's free, how is it a business? Are you going to charge later?

Hello again.
Thanks for that.
I looked afew weeks ago when you introduced yourself, and to me, I don't recognise any significant change. However, the layout and 'mechanics' seem good, but I wonder how you will attract hits to your site. That, I feel, should be your greatest immediate challenge, because I think only a few have joined in the past couple of weeks.

Cheers, Nigel

I have most of my hits from word of mouth, last month I had a total of ca.1500 individual sessions. Alot of this is people coming back to the site to see how its doing (which is exactly what I would want for a potential networking site).

Other than that I do need to 'get it out there' somehow. One thing I've done is put a redirect to the 'tell a friend' page after someone uploads their picture, so hopefully people can tell atleast one friend about the site.

Can we post a pic of anything on there? I'v noticed a few fake pic. Think I might post one of me standing with my new 3D character.

Yeah, I don't really get it either?!?!

Why not load the profiels in the left hand pane, so that you can browse profiles AND the gird at the same time without having to go back and forth?

Which ones are fake? There are a few where people seem to have a 'studio' picture, but they are real pictures which is what I want. The people skydiving are my friends so they're not fake either.

We thought about this but decided to keep the left hand bar static.
