After being pestered by a rep from PayPal for ages, I finally got round to installing PayPal Express, instead of the old PayPal on our website. Since doing this, I have seen orders more than double, and a card/PayPal ratio of about 70/30 has become more like 30/70.

Ahh, so it avoids having to go to PayPal's site i.e. cuts out the extra step! Thanks. :)

No, it means there is a paypal button beside your own addtocart - thus you go straight to paypal and bypass the site's checkout.
