Hi,
I maybe in the process of requiring a new technician that is conversent with the following: CSS, PHP, XML,Javascript, and pretty much a hands on person with experience to build and maintain all types of languages and formats.
We currently have a site which has been built using the following programmes:
The site has been built around the following:
The PHP version 4.40/ PHP 5.
It is hosted on Apache 1.33/Apache 2
MySQL 4.14.
The other programs on the site Affiliate management, phpAdsNew (Advert
management), Max Media Manager (Advert manager), SugarCRM (Customer
Relationship manager), JPGraph (Graph generation in site admin) and phpThumb
(Thumbnail generation), all have same requirements PHP4/5, Apache 1.33/2 and
MySQL.
obviously the high experience in the above plus the ability to utilise on the above is what we are looking for.
Requirements:
I have an unfinished project that requires the following:
Registration page:
Email validation
Postcode Validation-may need PAF validation intergration though I've heard there are scripts that can validate to see if postcodes exists.
Telephone numbers validation
Feed registrations to a backend database I can view and select particular fileds/responses (there is also a requirement for particular selections to be fed to other admin databases based on response).
Run counts on e.g. postcodes, age, any particular selection, and export. This will be a general feature for all surveys.
We already have a number of registrations but no seperate registration database where we can view registrations and analyse this data and slect profiles.
We need a database set up to track valid users, their details, referrers to track where the referral has come from, and send combine survey results to the relevant survey area.
Survey database
we have a number of surveys on the system
The system needs to include full user details, and be fed to the approariate database. We also recieve seperate leads for particluar surveys on a co reg basis, these leads need to be fed into the appropriate survey admin area and need to include all fileds provided by the referr including IP address, date and time of submission and referrer.
Exports and live feeds
We already have a facility to filter certain responses. however I need an export facility set up , selecting certain response types to be exported automatically in the specified format (CSV, notepad, comma delimited, XML feed etc) by email.
We have a number of clients recieving data by live feeds although some have reported no activities. This aspect needs to be looked at and tested.
also we need to track any return codes from the clients in our admin area.
Survey filtered results need to be emailed on a daily basis, the export should contain fresh leads on a daily basis (everyday should be a fresh file e.g. export everything up until 8am each day) in accordance to the data and filter requirements set.
Co reg and affiliate system
This has already been built but requires the following:
I need a master view for me to track all affiliate activities and select individual referrers and view their stats.
I need a seperate login for referrers to go and view results in real time.
For each co reg /affiliate referrer we need to track the following:
Fileds they've referred, data and time, IP address, name of referrer.
Acceptable leads need to be fed in to registration and individual admin area of survey/project. In the admin area we must be able to track the referral, by fields provided, name of referrer etc.
non acceptable leads need to be recorded in the reject area again with all of the fields and reasons for rejection. the rejects must not be added to any of the database. Duplicates and invalid email addresses are not acceptable. These must be recorded as rejects.
Pending leads need to be recorded in the pending tables area.
Most of the above have the basics built but is not currently performing the way I need to as tasks have been left imcomplete.
I need an area for each survey, to view stats for the survey and provide complete details on the following:
number of enteries (view all enteries/fields)
number of qualifying responses (view all qualifying responses/fields)
number of failed/rejected leads (view all reject leads/fields)
% conversion
Calculate number of leads exported within a certain time frame inputted. (daily, weekly, monthly or between certain dates).ii) A feature is required where I can track survey results within a time frame ( daily, weekly or monthly or between selected dates).
We have a dedicated server however I want features from Cpanel to be installed to help me view stats and manage the site more efficiently.
12)A script to randomnly pick a record from the database for competitions etc.
CMS system to update site text and images.
I want the work to be gauranteed and need support levels in place for anything that fails.
Ongoing work
We could do with someone available to set up new surveys, adding them on using the current system (PHP surveyor) and setting up filters and new export requirements. ON average we add around 5 new surveys per week.
site/server maintanance
There is also a number of opportunities for further ongoing work. however as this programme is in initial phase though due to grow very rapidly, we need to keep the cost down. However the successful tender will be exposing themselves to ongoing opportunities and further work from us.
