Recommend me a good affiliate software package

I need an affiliate software program, a good one, needs to be able to do the following;

owned server based option. Don't want hosted or pay monthly.
Lifetime commissions
Lump sum/one off commission payments etc.
Direct links
parent & child affiliates,
Non branding etc. would be desireable
multi website.
All the normal stuff.
Decent customer support.
Was looking at Post Affiliate Pro that seems a comprehensive product, but the customer service reviews seem shocking!

Am not looking for a merchant management option (eg tradedoubler, silvertap etc.).

It's VERY HARD trying to find objective reviews of affiliate software because the search results are full of affiliates trying to flog the affiliate software!!!!
