Sales Aids

I am taking on a few telesales people, and I am thinking of doing a training folder for the new staff to give them. Including a rebuttal section, to overcome objections from clients etc etc, an ongoing aid for them to help them.

Any recommendations? Are there any free to use / copy? Or is this even a good idea / worth doing?

Hi SEO

While I think it's a good idea, bear in mind different things work for different people. It's not just whats said to the Objection but it's the manner in which it's said.

Also the most important thing is to get a rapport within 10 seconds of speaking to a contact or there will be no point in trying to get past a rebuttal as they will just be trying to get the saleman off the phone.
