It's a bit to wide question to be answered... It's like asking:
My car is not working, how do I make it go?

Search the UKBF directory/members list for SEO specialists, they'd be more than happy to help you out. Also try searching through the forums, there's endless threads on how to SEO your webpages.

Agree with the above comments above, that the question is a bit broad. To give you an answer that is going to give you a good idea, you are talking 8+ pages of A4.
Really, you have two options:
1 - Learn SEO yourself
2 - Get an SEO to do it for you
On a site like yours (eCom) you are talking a lot of work. SEO is (in most cases) not a quick fix. If you were looking for an SEO, at a quick overview I would put you down as needing to spend about £5,000 over a year to get some decent results and that would only be the start of online promo for you. My experience is there is always more you can do on eCom and its generally an ongoing thing for tham, not set and forget.
If you are not happy to go for outsource for a few grand, your only other option is learn yourself. Some good starting points:

Google themselves provide a good beginners guide to SEO:
