Hi from a Scotland based design business

Hi everyone,

I'm a graphic designer from Stirlingshire, Scotland who has been in the industry for over 9 years now. After working for other design companies, I decided to make the leap and now I run a design and photography business, with my partner Kenny, called Scots on the Rocks Creative

We offer a range of design solutions which include business stationery, logo design, flyers, postcards, leaflets, posters, advertising, brochures and websites.

As well as design, we also enjoy travel and landscape photography and have made some of our work for sale as prints through our website.

I'm looking forward to getting involved in the discussions in this forum.:)

Hello Rachael and Kenny and welcome to the UKBF, love the business name!

We have just had a very enjoyable trip up to Scotland with the kids in a Motorhome and we came along the western side (Glencoe, Loch Lomand, Fort William etc). The beaches in Camusdarach were breathtaking (white powdery sand in Scotland - who knew? :D)

You live in a very beautiful part of the world!

Thanks for the warm welcome and I'm pleased to hear that you enjoyed your visit to Scotland. The white sandy beaches are paradise in Summer on a good hot day... shame I have to drive a couple of hours to get to them though. If you ever get a chance to go to the Western Isles, I'd totally recommend it. We did a camping trip there in August and loved it. It's nice to get away from everything.

In terms of photography, we just do travel and landscape. Unfortunately, we don't have the right setup for doing product photography at the moment.
