There are three major annual documents required (well four actually but:-

1. Annual return to companies house. This is statement of company details including directors, share holders etc. CH will send you a reminder when this is due but it tells you on the webcheck anyway.
2. Annual Financial statements. An abreviated set for CH and full set for HMRC to go along wth
3. The CT600 - The company tax return. HMRC will send you a nice reminder regarding this too but they don't send you a return. The reason it don't appear is that you need software to do it with.

Here are you filing duties:

In my experience completing the accounts and CT600 fro a limited company is not something which can be achieved by someone with no experience in this area.

Good luck if you are going to have a try though,

Hi!

HM Revenue & Customs will/should send you the Corporation tax return form CT600.

Companies House wont send you forms as such but will generally send a reminder near the date when the accounts and annual return need to be sent.

But dont rely on either sending reminders/forms. It is your responsibility to ensure everything required is filed on time and both charge penalties for late filing and mistakes.

To be honest and I mean this with no disrespect you have a huge task ahead of you if you have no accounting and taxation knowledge and experience, and I honestly think you will need, and be best advised, to get an accountant to deal with this for you. Its a minefield for those without the necessary knowledge and experience.
