Business partner wanted

As the subject line reads, I would be interested in finding a business partner for a venture with huge commercial potential, based on B2B with a potential market of over 25,000 business in the UK, and little or virtually no competition so far.
I am seeking some one with a marketing and sales experience. I have experience in marketing, but still I am more of a technical person and I look for someone who would complement my skills.
No initial investment is sought although some token deposit may be required to ensure commitment.

I am trying to read between the line (technical person etc) and I may be interested.. obviously depends exactly what it is. But pm me with a few more basic details. Thank you to both of you for your replies.

First let me clarify about me not being a marketing person. I have a long experience in creating an organizing businesses, and creating and seeing through effective marketing plans. I have also experience in sales, although I think my character is not of the type that would be happy to be dealing with clients all day long, I am way to bottom line to straight to the point to be happy being diplomatic 24 hours a day.
About me being technical, I have a very strong scientific and technical background on which I could elaborate once we have met.
I think that I need a partner that can complement my skills. This person, who ideally would not be a dreamer, but a down to earth professional who can communicate efficiently and make sales of a product that delivers real an measurable benefits to the clients happen in volume. This person, although not necessarily with a science background needs to have the capacity to understand the technicalities of the product in a way that clients are satisfied with the information given to them. I can help in this aspect as I also have experience in teaching and making subjects that other people find complicate, easy to understand.
I am not inclined to hire sales personnel, I have found very difficult to secure commitment by employees when it comes to start a new venture.

The product is somehow known already in the UK, but no body has take the trouble to market it properly. The reason is that it has just been widely used only for about 3 years, and is not produced in this country. This is about the time to make a push for it. I count on an initial mark up of 100% on the import price. I have done taken all the steps: have committed suppliers, with one of which I have a good involvement in the technical side and lot of support, I have all the contacts and all the plans in place for the logistics side, and I have commissioned a market study that has given encouraging results (more than 50% interviewed have showed interest) I have also commissioned the development of a website for on line sales. I also have an office, with space to accommodate another person or even two.

You do not need to apply if you are looking for some kind of get rich quick scheme or something like that, your are looking for a salaried job, or you do not have the confidence to develop a business from scratch.
