Hi,

I've seen some posting here about people offering their T&C to other members to be used on their site obv making relevant changes.

Can any please help on putting T&C together for our website. We need terms for our website, for our visitors and members and people who have reciprocal links with us.

And as we sell membership card we also need to have a simple terms & cond for our cardholders and also ones to provide to our suppliers.

Would be so grateful for your help.

What's the difference between disclaimer and T&C?

Thank you.

Thank you Claire for the offer, I like they way you've laid out your T&C, it's very easy to understand and straightforward.

My laymans differentiation would be

T&C - binding on both parties

Disclaimer - effectively a "warning"/ attempt to absolve the website from responsibility of any damages

Unfortunately all our T&Cs are specialist to insurance so wouldnt really help.
