We have in the past 7-10 days implemented alternative services for our 60+ B2C warehouse clients. Those that were using Royal Mail have switched to a cost effective parcel delivery solution.
Things to consider:-
Consider out-sourcing your product warehousing, its cost effective, there are no minimum order quantities, activity based costs and totally scalable. We can then provide late cut off time for orders to be shipped via our parcel carriers.
Alternatively set up a remote parcel account with ILG, we can help anyone who is shipping 20+ parcels per day.
We can provide a very competitive price for a next day service with POD.
