I recently reluanched my website, http://www.maxbashing.com (http://www.maxbashing.com/) and have a stack of videos to add but have come across various ways to do this so was wondering if anyone has any advice?

Simple way would be to use You Tube embedd code, some of my video are already on here so that's nice and easy, however they are poor quality and I'm not that keen on all the you tube branding.

I'm familar with JW player and have seen WP functions to make this easy to use on the site, but this will star to eat up my disk space and bandwidth.

Also looked at Vimeo, seems to have a nice player as if I pay, I can stop other people embedding the videos.

Any thoughts? I would prefer Google to find the video on my site and for people to view them on my site also and just cherry pick the ones for You Tube. In the future, I want to do video reviews so these should prove popular (if you like RC cars that is!)

Cheers

You might want to look at:

www[DOT]wordpress[DOT]org/extend/plugins/search[DOT]php?q=video

replacing [DOT] with a single (.) On that site you'll find word-press video plug ins.

You can also upload videos to "Google video" to see instructions on how to do this visit:

www[DOT]google[DOT]com/video/upload/video_instructions[DOT]html

Regarding your Bandwidth you could reduce the video file sizes.

1. What are the current video files ie - avi, flv, wmv, mpeg etc...???

2. How long are the videos ???

3. What are there current sizes ???
