Price structure, or price fixing?!

Hi folks,

i'm developing my business plan and have noticed that not many (though some do) of our competitors actually post their prices in detail on their website.

Do you folks think this is a good idea? i've actually put it in our plan that we would provide see-through prices of all our services etc on our website yet now i'm worried about price fixing.

Any opinions?

Depends what the website is for.

personally I think with most things good prices help convert a hit to a sale

Hi

We find people book their catering with us on the spot (via the web) as our prices are shown, instead of waiting for competitors info to be sent to them with their prices.

Guess it depends on the product though :D
