Any comments, good, bad or indifferent?

Comes highly recommended by me.
I have 2 sites with them, one that has been live for a year and the other that goes live in 2 weeks.
The customer service is very good and it has a good forum - quiet but the advice given is good. The software is also easy to use and there are a couple of designers on the forum who will get you set up and running if you don't fancy this bit. - white rabbit creative is very good, he has done my 2nd site.
I looked at 5 different solutions before going with them and as far as i'm concerned, will be with them for a long time yet.
