I freely admit to having limited IT skills but can anyone point me to the idiots guide on how to set up 2 email accounts in MS Outlook (I am assuming its possible)
I want to be able to send and receive emails from my office PC on more than one email account.
Any pointers on how not to do it would also be appreciated.
Many thanks.

Hi,
Assuming it's POP3 mail then just open Outlook & go to "Tools - Email Accounts" (2003) or "Tools - Account Settings" (2007) and add the additional POP3 accounts there.
Once done you will be able to choose between accounts when sending mail

Just go to Tools - Accounts and Add a new one. You'll need to know the pop server address for the account to receive mails and an smtp to let you send mails.

Just be careful when you are sending a new email (not a problem when replying to one), as you will have one account as the 'default' and this will always be the one it sends from, unless you physically change it.

Tabbed browsing of accounts would be pretty neat in outlook. I do use multiple accounts but some of my accounts are so important I run them under OLE and thunderbird just to keep them separate.
