Let's say your website allows people to hire power tools. How do you prevent customers from hiring them for a specified period... and then never returning them? This hasn't happened to us, and we would like to keep it this way!

The obvious solution is a refundable deposit, but I don't think we have the technical means (we're using RBSWorldPay/Streamline) to refund the deposits automatically once they've been returned.
