We are an M O J regulated claims management company operatimg a different approach to other companies.
We will pay you 75% of any upfront fee you have collected for ppi , uca.iva.td etc, etc.plus negotiable back end deals.
There was a bbc report two days ago about these cases potentially 22 million.
If your ethical and dont want to charge a back end fee then good for you. we will match this!!!

We get people money back for Personal protection( insurance) missold to them for their mortgage , car finance, credit card balances.
If you find someone struggling financially working or not we can get help for them using government legislation.
We get people their bank charges back etc, etc, etc.
If people are in debt management plans we can get them stopped, if the person is unemployed or earns less than 228 pounds per week and non home owner.
AND WE MAKE MONEY DOING THIS.

Now I understand what you do. So whats with the 75% upfront - what does that mean ??
Is this on the same basis as what Cartel offer and were heavily offering in the early part of the year or is this something different ?
Waht do you charge the customer
a) upfront
b) If you are succesful and claim back their charges and PPI
Thanks

Reading between the cryptic lines, assuming this is no different to the many organisations doing exactly the same thing, with success levels that cannot be quantified.
My understanding of no win no fee was no fee paid upfront. If you had utter confidence (or the sols did) then you would not be charging the hardest up of all the country an upfront fee.
Exactly the same as Cartel, Brunel etc. etc.
Stil thought I would check in case any usp.

If you had bothered to check o cynical one, you might have noticed we dont take a back end fee on most things.
The length of time these cases can take would ruin us if we went on spec every time.
This is the same as solicitors offering no win no fee on personal Injury, medical negligence etc. ( they can draw funds for these type of cases).
Stop reading between the lines and read whats actually on the lines.
I cant stand pretentious, sanctimonious gits, who decide their so intelligent etc. etc. cynical git!!
Please keep comments positive people. just remember we are not providing a service people dont want.
Just to add on my website I recommend x2 FREE service sites.
( sorry rant over)

Im sorry I didnt explain properly.
If someone has a loan or credit card taken out before April 07 I can get their balances put into dispute which means until they resolve this. you dont need to pay it.
Its because the banks have been overcharging you interest for years which in some cases can be more than you actually owe, or youve been paying the minimum year in year out thousands amd thousands.
If you have insurance ( ppi) on a mortgage loan credit cards . car etc. and your self/employed , stable employment or p/time then you have in most cases beem missold a policy which is impossible to claim because you definetly DONT QUALIFY! its thousands of pounds per case and millions of cases.
I was offering my companies services and also looking for agents to promote this service.
There was a BBC story a couple of days ago and a full length ( you tube) panorama programme
We get fleeced every day by these companies and dont realise we are in loans for the rest of our lives because we cant afford more than the minimum payment, especially with 2.4 kids to feed and fund teehee etc.
People on benefits get bank charges taken from their child benefit etc. I
ts disgusting what these large financial banks/institutions are doing to the world never mind people( rant over for now)

So then - sometimes you dont charge a back end fee - brilliant.
Your last post actually gave more information than the rest put together, HOWEVER I am not cynical (prob a g1t though) I am just slightly informed.
Meaning these post 2007 agreements are still massively unproven, and PPI is never completely cut and dry..
Sincere good luck though..

Thanks Adam
Im aware of two massive forums that would dispute this with you !
The ppi ( insurance) agreements are being upheld on more than 80% of cases sent to the F O S ( financial ombudsman website) how much more cut and dried do you want 4 out of every 5 cases.?
Still thanks for admitting only being slightly informed, sorry about the git part but Im really passionate about this stuff.

Agreed on the stats in part, but that does not include ones that are not presented to the FOS.
Many agreements did have prescribed terms, adequate employment etc.
Also, a client of mine was badly burnt on chasing these CCA (not PPI I accept) and got bad advice from a non regulated "Finance Advisor" so it always puts me on red alert.
From a business point of view there is definitely demand and plenty of supply, just not sure how much integrity.
Good luck !!

Don't you mean you may be able to, not can?
You are suggesting not paying until resolved? Bad advice surely, at least keep up some payments

No it's not.

You do like generalisations don't you! Most cases?

You have a funny way of phrasing your request

So if I read correctly 20% of the cases you are referring incorrectly?
